GVNR

GVNR DAO LLC · Permissionless DeFi

Native Bitcoin credit. A Bitcoin-backed dollar. One token that absorbs the fees.

GVNR enables self-custodial collateralisation of native Bitcoin in isolated L1 Bitcoin Vaults. Users deposit BTC and mint UCD against it — without wrapping, bridging or selling. $GVNR is the governance and utility token of the protocol.

Native Bitcoin.
Permissionless Control.

Today, taking liquidity against Bitcoin usually means selling it, handing it to a centralised lender, or wrapping it for use on another chain. Each path has a cost: a taxable event, counterparty risk, or bridge risk.

GVNR is built for permissionless control, for Bitcoin this means the holder keeps native BTC in BTCFi as collateral in an isolated, self-custodial vault and still draws a dollar liability against it. The Bitcoin stays a UTXO on Bitcoin. UCD is minted where dollar liquidity already lives. For other assets it means commands move across domains and unless unavoidable bridges aren’t used.

For all GVNR products, your assets should be in your control. That is general message passing in practice: permissionless control of a native asset, without an intermediary taking a claim on your assets. The fees paid flow into GVNR.

  • Isolated vaults

Your position, your vault. No pooling and no rehypothecation.

  • Distributed key control

The protocol can never sweep collateral unilaterally.

  • Single-block settlement

BTC withdrawal settles in six Bitcoin blocks once the liability is closed.

  • No KYC gate

Nothing to submit at the protocol layer.

The Furnace turns protocol activity into deflation.

$GVNR is a deflationary utility token with a fixed scarce supply of 20 million. Through the Furnace, a portion of fees from network and product activity is used to buy and burn $GVNR. Circulating supply falls over time. Scarcity is reinforced through organic deflation.

Holders sit inside a token-oriented model: utility on one side, protocol-led demand on the other. Growth in activity feeds the Furnace. The Furnace feeds the token.

A scaling share of fees is dedicated to price-agnostic buy-and-burn of $GVNR. DAO Governance sets the rate. Today that allocation is 25% of fees, designed to climb toward 90% as operating requirements are covered.

On Diamond Hands Borrow the origination rate is 3%, capitalised into the debt so the holder still receives the full UCD mint. At a 25% Furnace split, 0.75% of UCD minted on that ticket is the buy-and-burn contribution.

Diamond Hands Borrow

diamondhands.credit

The product is designed for holders who want liquidity without a disposal of Bitcoin and without assigning keys to a centralised lender.

UCD — Ultimate Collateral Dollar

Permissionless liquidity

UCD is an overcollateralised, Bitcoin-backed stablecoin on Ethereum mainnet. Native BTC is deposited into a users GVNR vault to enable UCD minting. UCD must be redeemed to repay the debt or close the position. Every unit in circulation is backed at or above the minimum collateral ratio. The PSM can be used to mint if a user is short UCD.

Diamond Hands Carry

Delta neutral yield

Carry uses the same vault. Minted UCD is deployed through a rules-based automated book. The holder’s yield is credited back in Bitcoin, growing the collateral base. Projected return is 6%+ in BTC and is not guaranteed. LP participation on the UCD/USDC curve is a separate, dollar-denominated sleeve.
