# GVNR

> Native Bitcoin credit and a Bitcoin-backed dollar. GVNR enables self-custodial collateralisation of native Bitcoin in isolated L1 Bitcoin Vaults: deposit BTC, mint UCD against it, without wrapping, bridging or selling. $GVNR is the governance and utility token.

## Locked product terms (house register)

- Native BTC collateral, held self-custodially in an isolated L1 Bitcoin Vault
- UCD is minted against that collateral — an overcollateralised, Bitcoin-backed dollar on Ethereum mainnet
- Fixed maximum supply of 20,000,000 $GVNR
- The Furnace: a share of protocol fees buys $GVNR on the market and burns it. 25% of fees today; DAO governance sets the rate and it is designed to climb toward 90% once operating requirements are covered
- Diamond Hands Borrow: 3% origination rate, capitalised into the debt; 66% maximum loan-to-value; 150% minimum collateral ratio; liquidation begins at 110%; twelve-month term, extendable while the position remains eligible
- Six blocks to settle a BTC withdrawal
- $GVNR vesting completes 25 December 2026
- Holders govern GVNR DAO LLC. There is no second token and no points programme
